Stambaugh Ness (SN) is pleased to announce the addition of Michael McCaffrey as Principal Consultant within the firm’s Deltek Ajera Consulting Practice. This strategic hire reinforces SN’s commitment to the project-based architecture and engineering (AE) industry and highlights our dedication to helping firms maximize their investment in Deltek Ajera software.
Michael joins SN with over a decade of experience focused on Ajera, including his recent role as AE SMB Senior Sales Manager at Deltek. His deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with AE firms enables him to guide clients in leveraging Ajera to achieve financial growth. A recognized leader in the project-based community, Michael is known for his passion for sharing knowledge. Michael also served as the Deltek Representative on the Ajera Users Association Board of Directors.
In his new role at SN, he will work with firms across the nation to deliver successful system implementations, top-tier training, and best practices for system optimization. Additionally, Michael will partner with clients to understand their specific business processes and requirements, offering customized Ajera solutions and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows to enhance project management and accounting practices. He will also play a key role in developing and presenting content for SN’s monthly Ajera Virtual User Group, as well as training courses and webinars.
