Stambaugh Ness (SN) is pleased to announce the addition of Sean O’Connell, who will serve as Managing Director, Deltek Sales & Consulting.
In his role, Sean will provide invaluable leadership and guidance to SN’s seasoned Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint sales and consulting professionals. With nearly 25 years of comprehensive experience in Deltek software and services leadership, Sean is poised to drive growth and enhance the SN client experience. His strategic expertise will be instrumental in helping SN collaborate with project-based firms to maximize their overall profitability and productivity.
Prior to joining SN, Sean served most recently as Vice President of Sales at Deltek, where he was responsible for sales execution within Deltek’s extensive portfolio of 5,000+ government contract and professional services customers in North America. His leadership encompassed all aspects of sales and consulting, showcasing a respected background in managing multi-generational and remote teams through a results-driven, analytical approach.
